Sinus Congestion & Headache

I wondered if any of you had help for sinus congestion and severe sinus

headache. I've been checking the messages, and have tried steam, and

eucalyptus EO. I don't have any supertonic pulp at this time, but have

been meaning to make some super tonic itself - perhaps taking that will

help internally? Just wondered if anyone had any other thoughts that

work for them. I'm dying with the headache for the last few days, all

over temples, cheeks, upper jaw and forehead. I'm pretty sure it's

from sinus congestion.
