Guest guest
Can you please give me a list of foods that are high in soluble fiber? As a group, beans and legumes are some of the most concentrated soluble fiber food sources. This would include dried peas, lentils, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, and others. Other notably rich sources of soluble fiber include vegetables such as cauliflower, collard greens, broccoli, cabbage, green beans, kale, carrots, Brussels sprouts, asparagus and green peas. Many fruits are also rich in soluble fiber, including grapefruit and berries. Suzi What is a weed?
