Guest guest Posted April 19, 2007 Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 Hello Friends, Just wondered if anyone had any experience or advice regarding something - I have been in the midst of a really bad cold/flu - mostly head congestion but with a crazy nasal congestion that will not quit! I am finally getting some movement of phlegm and mucus in my nose, but I've been struggling to blow and to breathe for a week or so. Just the last couple of days I've noticed that the insides of my nose feel bruised, enough that when i scrunch my nose it hurts like crazy, and aches in the evening. Badly enough I have trouble sleeping. It feels like the membranes just above the bones inside have been damaged and I'm not sure what to do. Perhaps I did some damage blowing so hard the last few days? Any thoughts? Thank you friends - Anne (oh, and if you don't mind, I could use some thoughts and energy - my cat annie (5 years old) is going in for surgery tomorrow to remove a whole whack of bladder stones - 2 caught in her urethra, and then kitty dialysis to remove the crystals in her kidneys and restore function.
