You can ... but why would you? I don't think there are many herbs that I would take every day. A few like garlic and cayenne... but most I believe in moderation or when you need them. Psyllium can be taken long term. It

cannot be broken down by our digestive tract, which is why it is so good at

moving things through. Think of it as an organic sponge that helps keep

you clean on the inside. You can also get fiber from whole grains and

legumes which have the added value of absorbable nutrients in them.
