Guest guest
Hello Bridget and welcome. Do not worry about your English, we will figure it out or ask you for clarification. Most likely you already had the diabetes for many years when your heart attack occurred. There are often no symptoms of it and it does damage the heart. Your concentration is off because the brain also has damage from this. By taking control of your diet and learning natural methods of improving your health, you have taken the first step towards living a longer healthier life. Good for you! More or less i did what i was supposed to, only now the ugly side of the disease takes a stronghold on my daily life. No energy, spindling lows, brainfog, kidneys hurt, and pain (rating 10) in my feet. as this progressed and the amount of insulin kept on increasing i started feeling that there is something wrong with my treatment. Searching the net i started to learn, learn (overwhelmed at this point)and changed a few things. i take now enzymes, ordered colon cleanse, take multis, and hawthorn. i start feeling better! Cool cuke soup Suzanne, thank's! just learned that cuke has something special for the diabetic. Kathy, you sharing your home made dehydrator it a treasure (always eyeballed one but lacking the funds)! , i've learned a wee about cayenne for circulation and heart. Would you share about the strenght and the amount of the tincture? Is it known to you, ore anyone, how cayenne compares to the nitro clycerin i have to carry (which has either expired or i don't have any bec.of eco reasons. English not to good (2nd tongue), concentration almost nonexisting! i'll hope you all find it not to difficult to read and understand. Bridget, in mother earth i trust!
