Did you ever speak with a doctor about that problem? Half an hour of exercise should not do that to a person. Amber
Guest guest
I haven't really gone to a doctor because I know they would just cost me thousands of dollars and tell me I have chronic fatigue. I had been having trouble off and on most of my life (could it be from swimming 14 hours a week in a chlorinated pool?) When I was 11 they thought I had mono. I was always getting sick. In college I happened to see the title of a book at the library regarding chronic fatigue and that was the first time I thought I had an answer to my problem. When the rebounder exhausted me, it answered a lot of questions. I had been eating really well, taking vitamins, drinking water, etc. I was doing everything right. So I knew it was more than just diet. I had also wondered before if it was just depression. But I learned that the depression came from the fatigue, not the other way around. I went from feeling 100% to 20% overnight and it was definitely physical, not mental. Since then, I have taken steps on my own to detox and return to " normal. " The final step was my marriage ending, which took a LOT of stress off of me. It was such a relief!! I am currently coaching my city's swim team of 40+ kids. I noticed that I am much stronger than I have been in the past. You can tell what kind of shape you're in REAL quick when you swim a few laps! But my muscles are stronger. I weigh less, but I'm stronger. It's really weird. Something is giving me better muscles than I've had, probably my whole life. So I feel like I must be heading in the right direction. I'll probably " get there " and then get hit by a bus!
