I just wondered what you all use them for, how often etc. I'm trying to work on my digestion, eating more local foods, raw etc. JUst having a ton of heartburn...and am trying to fix myself.... Also have started taking a cal/mag supplement, EFA's, and a B Complex with zinc, copper and vit C. Thanks for your thoughts and opinions!
