Guest guest
In my opinion the best thing to help you digest your food is plant-based enzymes. The addition of acidophilus and bifidus would help too, to help any undesirable parasites in the gut move out. If your problem continues I would go to a doctor to get a diagnosis – but no treatment – and then go from there. Guest guest
Thanks Suzi! Is the best way to go through archives, just to search by keyword? Never been very good at it! Will check the files. > Carol, > > I guess i've never really dealt with enzymes of any kind. Guest guest
Search by one or two words, like "enzymes" or "plant enzymes" (get the idea) Anne <sarahlovell@...> wrote: Thanks Suzi!Is the best way to go through archives, just to search by keyword?
