Thanks, Shari.

I know some fruits are meant to be picked unripe and let to ripen off the

tree/vine. (Avocadoes??) Wasn’t sure about mangoes. When we moved in

last summer, there was one lone mango left on the kitchen counter from the tree

and it was ripe when we moved in. Scrumptious, too!<G>

I think the mangoes would taste better and probably have

more nutritional value if they were left to ripen on the tree.

Eat the Mango when there is a some give with finger pressure.

I know when to eat it...just don't know when to pick it! And right now am

losing the ones on the trees to the squirrels, who don't seem to care

whether they're ripe or not!<G>
