Guest guest
Hello All, I just had a question, and wanted to get opinions from all sides of the food choice coin. Especially since there has been some discussion as of late. I just wanted more information. I am not in distress, but, (pardon the graphic details) I am currently experiencing a higher-than-normal volume of nearly entirely undigested foods in my stool. I know that this is a sign of bad digestion, but I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts. I've also had a return of heartburn. I was having terrible digestion and heartburn, until my acupuncturist gave me herbs, and i went on a grain and steamed veggies (and fish) diet. It helped tremendously, but i just was curious as to other options. I have not juice cleansed in a while, but have been doing a homeopathic detox the last week. The first time I really noticed it was about 10 days ago and have been monitoring all week. I've not been eating a ton of grains, i've been drinking tons of water, and eating lots of raw fruits and salads. I hve been eating steamed veggies and a bit of brown rice and quinoa. All soaked overnight before cooking. Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts -raw, cooked etc. Thanks so much Anne
