Guest guest
Have you ever tried rebounding? I have nerve damage (I think) and it affects my walking, but when I rebound the pain is relieved and I can get some exercise. It also seems to help the condition overall. http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/exercise/reviews/rebounding.htm Shari

Guest guest
Hello, Have you tried the following: massage, heat application, exercise to strength the back and leg muscles. When during a training I felt much pain in my legs, the application of castor oil helped me. Tat Re:NEED REPAIR OIL.... Guest guest
Hi , I chatted with my Chiro (and my boss and best friend) and she said that she doesn't completely know your situation or what the DC has found, but she did say that she probably wouldn't reccommend anything that has the potential to compress the vertebra if you are having a back issue. She wouldn't say DON " T do it, but that there are much better things to be doing (Swimming would be great)The chiro you are seeing is doing basically just traction (that he could do by handif he felt like spending the time), and the rebounding could be undoing the work he is doing. Though it can't hurt to try the repair oil at all. Even if the practitioners you are not seeing are not aware of it, go ahead. I will say be careful with heat. Too much can actually increase inflammation. Ice may be more helpful with pain. The other thing that I would suggest - is Traumeel. I reccommended it to Suzi, it's by HEel (www.heelusa.com) and I LOVE it. i have had great success with their products. I can also reccommend a product they have called " Zeel " . They are all homeopathic products, but zeel has been proven more effective than any of the drugs used for arthritis such as Vioxx etc. IT helps your body to downregulate the two pain pathways. It may be worth a shot. Also, give the Chiropractic time...honestly? Sometimes we don't see results with people for weeks, and then suddenly their body gets it. All depends on how long youv'e had the issue right? Also make sure you're going often, and staying with their suggestions - and talk to the Chiro - if you aren't getting better, talk to him, ask him for different Tx etc. SOrry to ramble - i just see a LOT of people here who are on the way to getting better, and just drop away. Sometimes your body is healing - and it may not feel better immediately, because you're getting better nerve signaling ....eithe rway. Try what you feel is right!
