I believe it is from the Cookbook: The Raw Gourmet I think that is where I copied it from = from the newsletter.SV <shavig@...> wrote: says to see page 69 of her book for a picture....where is this recipe from? Sounds good.

Got any feverfew? or maybe nettles? could be allergies ... Glad to hear you're working (even if only for a short while) Suzi SV <shavig@...> wrote: Hee, hee, hee I get the newsletter as well, guess I didn't read it very well this time! Maybe I haven't read it at all!!!! Can you believe I've got the snot slingin', headachin', crud again. I had it back in October and it's visiting again. Sunday was pretty nasty and Monday worse. Tuesday I started a sub job until school is out and I cannot believe I still have a headache! Luckily there is another paraed in with me and the teacher and it's half days this week and only 4

kids have shown up. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention it's in the behavioral/emotional special ed class? Lots of scarey things going on there.

Ready for the edge of your seat? Check out tonight's top picks on TV.

Don't think it's allergies and I don't have any of those items mentioned, but thanks. I'm better today it's breaking up and I'm coughing a lot so I know it's on the downhill side.

The work is very depressing already. I feel so bad for those kids, sure some of them are punks but where did they learn that? I, personally, don't feel the teacher respects them very much but what do I know? LOTS! And of course the SAD they feed them is appalling and it's been proven that proper nutrition will change children for the better, but it's more expensive than the cast off government crap they give the school districts. Oh well, if I can make it better for just one kid it will be worth it.

Hang in there with the kids! I love that you think that way- if you can

help ONE child. :)

I know you are mainly raw, but have you seen the Oliver show,

where he goes around and tries to change the school food in England?

it's absolutely apalling! He shows the kids different veggies and they

cannot even pick out what an onion is, or a zucchini or asparagus.

Just to see how disgusted he is, and the complacency of the school

system...it's just, well, apalling!

here's to hoping you are feeling better....
