SIMPLE SOLUTION: says that using the most flavorful apples available in the season you make this is a key for success. The best choices of apple for mid-winter and spring are organic Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Newtown Pippin, Baldwin, Rome Beauty, Northern Spy, Stayman, and Winesap. The tarter the better. INGREDIENTS 4 cups tart apples 2 tablespoons lemon juice½ cup brown rice flour½ cup Sucanat (organic sugar) ¼ cup butter½ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon cinnamon Peel, core and slice the apples into a bowl, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Blend the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the apples in a bake pan, and cover with the blended ingredients. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden. Suzi What is a weed?
