Hello All,

Just wanted to share something that was really amazing yesterday.

I've been having a rough few weeks - very anxious, full of stress and

feeling really icky inside, unstable an djust on the verge. Lots of

headaches, insomnia, and then not being able to stay asleep for long

etc.

I finally got in to see my acupuncturist yesterday and had the most

amazingly wonderful treatment! She put some needles into some points

that were new to me, (all on my back and neck) and then used her

tuning forks on a few new areas, and i'm sure new frequencies. She

was putting them on the ends of meridians, but god..it was amazing.

I am sually not able to calm my mind, to meditate or do anything that

requires a quiet mind...but I just let myself go yesterday. I got on

the table and before she even came back in the room I felt relaxed

and just....like I could take a deep breath. Free from worry and

anxiety. As she used the tuning forks, I listened to her music and

just let myself float..it was just amazing. I let go, and I think I

fell asleep, although I distinctly remember my thoughts fluxuating in

and out, not holding onto a specific one, just letting them go. When

she came back she massaged my feet and used the forks again, and then

rubbed a liniment (warming) over the places she had needled. I felt

so amazing afterwards, i fell over while trying to get dressed!!!

I slept the best I have slept in WEEKS last night...and just finally

feel refreshed and just...able to breathe.

So, I just wanted to share this moment with you all...i'm utterly

amazed and just feel so lucky to have had that moment....

:)

Anne
