Guest guest
I Ooooh and that's why I loved V-8 -- SALT! And I used to add EVEN MORE salt to it. I used to sprinkle salt and pepper in a glass of it and it was wonderful. I'm laying low on sodium these days, but salt-less V-8 just doesn't cut it for me. V-8 is a comfort food for me. I was raised on the stuff and drinking it always gives me a homey feeling inside. Guest guest
Any time Sylvia! I know that when I do a juice cleanse I get real tired of sweet, sweet, sweet and need something savory every so often and this works for me. Just a little FYI, I'd dump the Bragg's and use Nama Shoyu or Celtic sea salt. Bragg's has MSG in it and who-knows-what-else. Shari
Guest guest
It really sounds good. I love all the ingredients in it. I used to drink V8 but it tastes too salty. Guest guest
I found that a can of it a day would stop leg cramps at night. Especially in summer when I drink loads more water. Guest guest
Yep, hate to break it to you, but Bragg's is not as clean as we once thought. If you will notice no where on the label does it say NO MSG. The FDA got them for false advertising. And if you were to call them and ask them how it's made and ALL the ingredients, they won't tell you. Shari
Guest guest
If you can find Nama Shoyu I would go with that. Most of the shoyus I've found have alcohol in them. Shari
