Oh that's sounds Yummy! I am going to try that for lunch.

I have tomatoes, lettuce and Celery on hand. I dont want to have to

go to the store right now, tummy cramping a bit and i am tired and

ITCHY!

burned out on Apple juice, supposed to have veggie juice during day

anyway.

Thanks Shari,

Syl

tomatoes (maybe only 3 if they are large, ripe and juicy), some

celery and a bit of jalapeno. Reminded me of the juice at the bottom

of the pico degallo bowl or a spicy V-8.

OK, i used basically what you said - Celery, Romaine, Tomato, then

added a bit of Cilantro and red onion and orange Bell pepper. I didnt

have any fresh chilis, so i added some cayenne tincture, juice of half

a lemon and some Braggs aminos...IT Was Rocking, you're right kind of

like liquid Salsa!

I dont know how i dorked this out my first cleanse, but i felt so

deprived then; this was more than enough, and i am not hungry!

Thanks Shari!

Celtic sea salt. Bragg's has MSG in it and who-knows-what-else.

Wow thanks for the insider info. Kind of scary i think. I mean we

go through all the trouble of reading lables for content, and then

they lie.

i have organic Shoyu and will use that next time :)

thanks

once thought. If you will notice no where on the label does it say

NO MSG. The FDA got them for false advertising.

ingredients, they won't tell you.
