Guest guest
Oh that's sounds Yummy! I am going to try that for lunch. I have tomatoes, lettuce and Celery on hand. I dont want to have to go to the store right now, tummy cramping a bit and i am tired and ITCHY! burned out on Apple juice, supposed to have veggie juice during day anyway. Thanks Shari, Syl > > Sylvia - I used to juice a head of romaine lettuce, about 5 tomatoes (maybe only 3 if they are large, ripe and juicy), some celery and a bit of jalapeno. Reminded me of the juice at the bottom of the pico degallo bowl or a spicy V-8. > > Shari >
Guest guest
OK, i used basically what you said - Celery, Romaine, Tomato, then added a bit of Cilantro and red onion and orange Bell pepper. I didnt have any fresh chilis, so i added some cayenne tincture, juice of half a lemon and some Braggs aminos...IT Was Rocking, you're right kind of like liquid Salsa! I dont know how i dorked this out my first cleanse, but i felt so deprived then; this was more than enough, and i am not hungry! Thanks Shari! > > You are welcome Syliva. Please let me know what you think of it. > > Shari >
Guest guest
BRAGG's has MSG in iT????????????????????? what's this???? geez and here i am trying to clean myself out...OMG! Here i thought Bragg's was a clean food. Thanks for the heads up! Syl > > Any time Sylvia! I know that when I do a juice cleanse I get real tired of sweet, sweet, sweet and need something savory every so often and this works for me. > > Just a little FYI, I'd dump the Bragg's and use Nama Shoyu or Celtic sea salt. Bragg's has MSG in it and who-knows-what-else. > > Shari >
Guest guest
Wow thanks for the insider info. Kind of scary i think. I mean we go through all the trouble of reading lables for content, and then they lie. i have organic Shoyu and will use that next time thanks Syl > > Yep, hate to break it to you, but Bragg's is not as clean as we once thought. If you will notice no where on the label does it say NO MSG. The FDA got them for false advertising. > > And if you were to call them and ask them how it's made and ALL the ingredients, they won't tell you. > > Shari >
