For those people who don't eat cheese, skip the Parmesan and use the other

ingredients. Put this over your spirooli squashes.

> 1/2 cup chopped garlic chives

> 3 tbsps. walnuts

> 1 cup parsley

> 5 to 6 tbsps. olive oil

> 3 tbsps. grated parmesan

> salt and pepper

> 1 clove garlic

> Put all ingredients except oil in food processor and
