Janet the only place they said were 3rd degree was on his chest. He still has scabs there and it seems to be healing slower than the rest. He is OK though. He says nothing hurts but his ears which he has been picking.He is complaining of itching now more than pain.

Poor little man. They look like 2nd degree burns to me Kathy. Shouldn’t be too much scarring with them. Once the blisters heal, you can dress them with lots of aloe, which will speed healing a lot.

Oh good, itching is a very good sign. 

Encourage him not to scratch and pick.  Get him building a model airplane or

something with his hands instead.  Keep up the good work mom, you are doing

great.
