Oh, the bargains are so great this summer Suzi!!! I'm getting big fat organic pineapples for a buck every week, organic spinach 50 cents a lb. and much more. It's been a glorious summer at the farmers mkt. and I'm eating REAL well. I just sniff out the deals, find 'em and load up the car with my treasures. You'd definitely be out of control too! Unfortunately everything is too perishable or I'd send you a Merry Christmas package.

Every week I give Carol G. a rundown on my bargain shopping. Her farmers mkt. doesn't sound too shabby either though.

She's been a busy bee. Her daughter just flew in from Texas this weekend and is staying a few days. She's been doing well. I'll tell her you were asking and she'll probably pop in on the list and update everyone.

I think she said everything is growing like crazy but the tomatoes are slow in coming. I'll have to ask her about the garden again. I just got home from work and got a message she left on my answering machine. I think this weekend she's busy doing things with her daughter.

I know she planted a really big garden this year and used Earth Boxes for some stuff.
