Since then they've been getting more and more massive. If I lay them in a straight line they'd probably be bigger than me.

I'm glad you got the whole ball rolling though. Three weeks is a bit too long. Are your bowel movements real hard or have they softened up? But your abdomen is still bloated eh? Have you been taking anything to speed up the process?

Tonight I'm running to the store to get those prunes! I might just make those my regular daily breakfast (if they work for me, that is!)

They WILL work. I wouldn't eat them if you have to get right to work. Make sure you eat them a few hours before you have to be somewhere.

I apparently had a blockage because when I finally made a deposit it was really thin and small. Since then they've been getting more and more massive. If I lay them in a straight line they'd probably be bigger than me.

I'm gonna make sure I can keep this up for a few days and then I'm starting on Formula #2 and a juice/Superfood fast. My gut is still quite extended. I look like I'm about 4 months pregnant. YUCK!

Speaking of constipation, what happened to Candace?? I'm curious to know the outcome. No pun intended.Gloria************ ********* ********* ********See what's free at http://www.aol. com.

A faster approach would be to take herbal supplements which are high in Chlorophyll content, such as parsley or alfalfa. Chlorophyll acts as a "broom" inside your colon, and helps get things moving fairly quickly after taking it. Make yourself some tea. or green smoothie with it in.MorningGlory113@... wrote: Since then they've been getting more and more massive. They were in between at first. Last night they started hardening up again so I took my usual 7 Formula #1s and today it was soft and quick..... but I've only had ONE. Grrrrrrrrrrrr

What kind of effect do they have..... where you feel it coming on and you'd better RUN to the bathroom or are they more gentle?

For me they had the RUN-to-the-bathroom NOW effect.

However, yes, you will feel it coming on, but you'd better be ready to

run.

I agree with you about being near a bathroom after you take the prunes. I also have more of a tendency to get the runs. Constipation is unusual for me. But I was constipated the time I did the prune therapy and within a short period of time I was on the toilet with very little warning. It may work differently for others, but immediate evacuation was my experience.

Well, I live with chronic diahrea (I just have no idea how to spell

that word!!!), so the need to run to the bathroom at the drop of a hat

**sound of hat dropping from Guido**

is not unusual for me.

And bring a book.

Peace, love, laughter
