Suzanne - where did you get this recipe? I was just surprised because putting "detox" in that name and then reading the ingredients is ludicrous. No one, seriously, interested in detoxing would ever put that many ingredients in a salad let alone garlic.

I know you didn't write it or name it so I'm curious where it came from.

You're probably right, Suzanne about the "going" part. Too many indredients to be a detox meal.

Sounds good, though. It comes from Detox and Revitalize, by a L. Belen (Vital Health Publishing, 2005).
