Crazy Busy, and then sick.

I started a cleanse 2 weeks ago, liver protocal yesterday.

Just poking around seeing what's up because i cant focus on work and

i cant really nap as i have to drink or take something like almost

every hour!

Anyone have a good veggie cocktail recipe similar to V-8? I need a

good raw veggie drink for lunch (today is a juice only day)
