Guest guest
Calcium citrate is used to prevent and to treat calcium deficiencies. I used to have some cal citrate and when I took it I would get burning diarrhea. I mean BURNING. I finally had to stop and take another form of calcium. Maybe too acidic???.... I don't know. The painful bowel movements stopped when I stopped taking it. Guest guest
although I've been taking cal mag right now in liquid form. I take Cal-Mag by Gillham...the same guy who makes Natural Calm. You put it in hot water and make a beverage from it. I'm running out and need to get more. I like taking that stuff before bed.
