I can’t wait to make some kimchi and

pickles! (I used to work for an international trading company, about 25 years

ago, and the head of the traffic department was Korean. He brought kimchi into

work all the time…it was much hotter than anything I can stand, but that’s

where I got introduced to it. I had no idea that non-Koreans could make it

until I read Sally Fallon’s book several years ago.<G>)

Oh, Sharyn, home-made Kimchi is SO MUCH better than anything you can

buy in the store! I make my own regularly, and eat it like candy. You

will love it!
