Hello Nikki!

More important than your son’s ears is the

CAUSE of his anxiety – usually POOR BREATHING (mostly in the chest)

instead of the diaphragm!

More than 50,000 people have taken our breathing

tests (www.breathing.com/tests.htm) and we’ve begun correlating those

statistics!

The FIRST 5 things that show up with poor, high

chest breathing:

1. Anxiety 2. Depression 3. Stress 4. Poor

sleep 5. Overweight

Take a look at our website, then order the Deepest

Calm program and have the WHOLE FAMILY practice it – daily for 30 days!

I can guarantee you will ALL feel massive changes in your entire BEing…!

Let us know where you live. Perhaps we can help you find an Optimal

Breathing Specialist in YOUR area for some personal coaching. However, the

Deepest Calm Program has a DVD for excellent self-help, along with a strap (its

use is demonstrated on the DVD).

When you CALM body

tension and engage the parasympathetic nervous system, instead of the

sympathetic nervous system (flight or fright) other amazing things happen in

the human body!

Change diet, drink

and lifestyle and you’ve got a NEW, LONGER life!

I would also

highly recommend T5T (www.T5T.com).

It combines 5 yoga-like exercises and

an energy

breathing program (that incorporates Optimal Breathing techniques) and only

take 10-15 minutes a day! Also EXCELLENT for the entire family!

I am wondering what is the orthomolecular viewpoint with

regards to hyper

acusis. My son has recently shown signs of this returning – he is hearing

frequencies that no one else can hear that is distressing him. He is also

complaining of noise, lots of people, crowds. All tied in to his anxiety

levels rising. The ears are the problem?
