ACV and teeth

Hi all,

Every now and then my body says, " take this. " I don't know why, but I

do exactly as it says and I feel better in a week or so. Yesterday it

started yelling, " ACV. " If my body wants it, it can have it. I have

some old in the cupboard but will buy a new bottle in a couple of

days.

My concern is my teeth. Can I take it straight? Some say cold with

water and ice in the hot summer. If I mix it with water I really don't

want to drink it throughout the day because of the enamel. Does once

in the morning seem to work for most, or morning and evening

consumption? I know keeping honey or other sugars out of the mixture

helps protect the teeth too. Can anyone offer suggestions on how they

take daily ACV and protect their teeth? I know it is basically acetic

acid. I took a teaspoon straight tonight and drank water after. (No

indigestion....yet.)

Thanks and Cheers,

Dolly
