Guest guest
Thanks Janet, When this all started in March, i had not changed anything in my " regemine " , We only use Dr Bronners - head to toe, i use unscented laundry soap (Ecover when i can afford it, otherwise unscented All) and we only use Organic hair and other Personal care products? I was too cold in March to work in the yard, and i have been too sick since then to do anything, so little to no exposure to plants other than when walking to my truck? Dogs and cats dont have fleas - just in case, DH has super cleaned floors (concrete throughout) multiple times and has dusted yard with food grade DE. That leaves food - and my diet had been fairly icky to say the least. Since doing the body cleanse, i had some improvement, i finished Kidney fluch on Saturday. I am taking a break so i can eat Protein, but will not resume dairy. Sweat seems to make the itch tingle or spark, so that is why the showering has brought relief. if my skin is clean, cool and dry - No itch. The slightest bit of moisture or oilieness, starts things up. I have tried using Lavender and Olive oil after bath - minimal help I tried Tea Tree alone - minimal help Aloe Gel - no What has seemed to help was a rinse i made of BW Hulls, calendula and Pau d Arco. I didnt use it yesterday morning and i noticed itch coming back? I will consider some of your suggestions Janet - i have pure Shea on hand, in fact tried a little of that on one spot early this morning. Love you all and thanks so much for your input.
