It doesn’t look like something we’re going to be able to pick and process ourselves…I think we’ll let the berries stay on the palmettos this year and let the Mexicans harvest them next year. (They’ve already been here asking to harvest them this year, but they took them all last year, so I’m thinking every other year might be better for the ecosystem.)
