Was able to push it in and tomorrow the dentist will get a call for another visit. In the meantime, lost a piece of a tooth along the way since my visit last week to dentist. Maybe it's just a cavity that I have upcoming to deal with. If it's not one dental problem, it's another. Glad insurance covers lots of these expenses.
