Guest guest
Hi again and I like this very useful list! Thanks Suzi I didn,t know some of these herbs were so beneficial, such asbilberry for the eyes an licorice for the digestive aid, I have been taking an antibotic for an infection on my right knee for the past 7 days to clear it up. We were clearing rose bushes and some were entangledso my husband kicked them out of the way, but a wicked one caught my knee and punctured it to bleed with a thorn. I didn,t know thorns could be so much trouble! Needless to say now I feel like my colon needs extra help again because of the antibotic wiped out all the good bacteria, should I start on my juicing tomorro? today I finished the last pill and the knee is good as new but I feel hesitant about using raw so soon? is my colon going to be ready for going raw within hours?? Thanks for all the help you can give me Rita Indeeda (:-) > > Beautiful to behold in nature, many plants have been used medicinally for thousands of years. Garlic raises protective HDLs (high-density lipoproteins), while it lowers harmful LDLs (low-density lipoproteins) and triglycerides (blood fats). Garlic is also known to help lower high blood pressure, she says. Garlic aids in cancer prevention by raising the body's level of glutathione transferase, a liver enzyme known to detoxify the body of carcinogens, says McQuade-Crawford. In China, researchers found gastric cancer was reduced where garlic intake was high. Other researchers have noted improved helper/suppressor ratios of T-cells in AIDS patients who take garlic.
