This was in response to my forwarding the MSG information yesterday. I have

her permission to pass it on.

Dr. Mercola's most recent newsletter contained a link to this page on CBN's

3 part videos on MSG.

..aspx

This is a Must See series. If you have somehow missed information on the

dangers of MSG , please

take a few minutes and watch these clips. Be sure to read the Community

Comments below the clips and

Dr. Mercola's commentary. MSG is a most serious and deadly excitotoxin, more

so for infants and

children, who are many times more sensitive to the damaging effects. The

truly frightening aspect is

the huge number of food ingredients in which it's hidden, disguised and

unnamed as such. Just

because the words monosodium glutamate or MSG don't appear on an ingredient

label doesn't mean it's

free of this excitotoxin. It can be there in multiple ingredients

unbeknownst to the unsuspecting

consumer, making it impossible to quantify.

Additionally there's another link on Mercola's site to MSG in vaccines.

http://www.mercola.com/2002/jun/8/msg_vaccines.htm

Here are more links like the one below that will give you plenty of

supportive information as to why

changes need to be made. Sonie
