Guest guest
It would appear that this subject is in reference to a post which was just done this last week. It has been addressed and the issue cleared, with the one's having done the post apologizing for that post. They have agreed to be more sensitive to the purpose of this groups subject, which relates to bowelcleansing and not political issues or cardinal pleasures. So, if we may, let's keep to the subject of this group, which is the process of bowelcleansing, and not get side tracked into political debate. Guest guest
If they are annoying, you can block the address of the sender. Personally I hate to do it, but I do it in extreme cases. Guest guest
Source: http://www.ftc.gov/spam/ QUOTE Do you receive lots of junk email messages from people you don't know? It's no surprise if you do. As more people use email, marketers are increasingly using email messages to pitch their products and services. Some consumers find unsolicited commercial email - also known as "spam" - annoying and time consuming; others have lost money to bogus offers that arrived in their email in-box. This website has information about the Federal Trade Commission's recent law enforcement actions against deceptive commercial email and spammers' responsibilities under the CAN-SPAM law. In the "For Consumers" section, you'll find tips on how to reduce the amount of spam email in your in-box. If you get spam email that you think is deceptive, forward it to spam@.... The FTC uses the spam stored in this database to pursue law enforcement actions against people who send deceptive email. UNQUOTE If the spam doesn't have a "remove me from your mailing list" link or it doesn't seem to work I forward it to the FTC office with a carbon copy to the person who sends the spam so they know they've been reported. Otherwise I've tracked down a few ISP's and complain to them. I've had good results. I also have what I call a throw away email account I use for most online signups. That's where most of my spam ends up. ~ deuteronomy2929 wrote: If you are getting unwanted posts from members/former members/disgruntled members, please let one of us Moderators know.
