Guest guest
I had another thought Kathy. Get yourself some nettle capsules and take them every day as well. This helps enormously with any inflammation and allergies that go on. Most women with chronic sinusitis do have allergies as well. I dip my thumb in the juice and get a nice big drop and then snort it up. This works great during alergy season; for better impact a 1 ounce shot with ST juice works - by mouth of course - works to double the effect. Aloe is often overlooked and has mild anti-histamine effect as well as lots of other great benefits - We like Lilly of the Desert Brand, it's pure, easily available and we always have a gallon on hand.
