I had another thought Kathy. Get yourself

some nettle capsules and take them every day as well. This helps enormously

with any inflammation and allergies that go on. Most women with chronic

sinusitis do have allergies as well.

Anyway, i use Aloe juice which is far gentler than ST duff. I dip my

thumb in the juice and get a nice big drop and then snort it up.

This works great during alergy season; for better impact a 1 ounce

shot with ST juice works - by mouth of course - works to double the

effect.

Aloe is often overlooked and has mild anti-histamine effect as well

as lots of other great benefits - We like Lilly of the Desert Brand,

it's pure, easily available and we always have a gallon on hand.

OK Janet will look for them. I am in such a rural area it is hard to find things like that.
