I've done both (as baths and as sprays) and I found the Magnesium Chloride

to be more effective.

It is dried flakes - it is also called Nigari salt. I never

saw it in a HFS

or a drug store though - I ordered mine online. Sorry!

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a clean source for epsom salts? I don't know anything

about the purity of epsom salts but I assume that some brands my have more

contaminants than others.

Thanks,

Gail

are better then the magnesium from epson salts? I wonder if I couldn't just

make a solution of epson salts in a spray bottle and have the same kind of

effect as using the magnesium chloride flakes this recipe calls for. Is one

better then the other? Here is some information about it from Earth Clinic.
