Guest guest
You can get it cheap at www.life-enthusiast.com From: Lana Gibbons <lana.m.gibbons@...> Subject: Re: Transdermal magnesium therapy Date: Sunday, September 20, 2009, 3:33 PM It is dried flakes - it is also called Nigari salt. I never saw it in a HFS or a drug store though - I ordered mine online. Sorry! -Lana " There is nothing more useful than sun and salt. Guest guest
Hello, Can anyone recommend a clean source for epsom salts? I don't know anything about the purity of epsom salts but I assume that some brands my have more contaminants than others. Thanks, Gail --- In , " laughingpeace " <laughingpeace@...> wrote: > > I've always taken bath's with epson salts, but have just learned about making your own Magnesium Chloride Oil. Does anyone know if Magnesium Chloride flakes are better then the magnesium from epson salts? I wonder if I couldn't just make a solution of epson salts in a spray bottle and have the same kind of effect as using the magnesium chloride flakes this recipe calls for. Is one better then the other? Here is some information about it from Earth Clinic. > http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/transdermal-magnesium-therapy.html > > Thanks, > Judy >
