Guest guest Posted July 10, 2007 Report Share Posted July 10, 2007 Hi all, My mango tree is full of big green mangoes – some with a tinge of pink/red on top as they hang vertically – but they are all still hard. Are they to be picked when hard but the right color? Do they continue to ripen after picking? Just don’t want to lose out on any of this bumper crop!
