Dear Sir,

Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat runs " STD Care " Project since last 2

years. We are one of the major partners under NACO, PSH Project. We are

working for the prevention of HIV/AIDS and care of Sexually Transmitted

Diseases through 24 Urban Health Centres in the city of Surat. We are also

working as managing agency for the other partners working in this field.

Services Provided,

1. Free of STD Treatment

2. Free treatment of TB

3. Counselling : (a)STD Pt. ( Pre test © Post Test (d) PLWH/A (e) Family

counselling.

4. Free Treatment of opportunatic infection.
