In the meantime, watching your diet and eating mostly alkzlizing foods will help and did you know that 1 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water will bring your pH up to an alkaline state? Try it and also there are drops that you can put in a glass of water that alkalize your system. Also there are bicarbonate pills that help your pH balance. Search for Sang Whang on the internet...he wrote the book Reverse Aging..all about water and pH health, etc. The drops would be the least expensive way to go if you don't want to buy an expensive machine.
