Veggie A La Grecque Dressing Vegetables a la Grecque, means "in the Greek manner." In theoriginal version, the vegetables are cooked in the mixture and thenserved chilled. The raw variation marinates the vegetables, thenserves them. Try this with asparagus, celery, cauliflower,mushrooms, onion slices, zucchini green beans, broccoli or yellowsquash.Juice of 2 lemons6 Tablespoons olive oil (or walnut, or flax oil)1/2 teaspoon of each of the following: sea salt, fresh groundpepper, Dulse, Nama shoyu or tamari, maple syrup2 celery stalks, cut-up1 teaspoon dried basil, oregano or thymePlace all in blender and blend until smooth. Marinate a selectionof cut vegetables (1 ½-2 ½ cups) from one hour up to overnight.Serve on a bed of sprouts.Fruity French Dressing 2 Tablespoons grapefruit juice (or orange juice)2 Tablespoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon curry

powder1/4 teaspoon dry mustard2 teaspoons maple sprinkles or date sugar (stevia can be substituted)Pinch sea salt1/2 Cup olive oilWhisk fruit juices and spices together thoroughly. Gradually addoil.
