Guest guest
The total nutrition stuff. It makes a HUGE difference in the immune system as well as keeping the blood count up. My friend managed to keep her blood levels up at normal ranges with no blood transfusions until the very end! Gloria is facing possible chemo/radiation. Are there any supplements she can take while doing those that will keep her immune system working as well as possible without interfering with the cancer-fighting drugs? Becky I may not know what I'm doing, but I'm pretty sure I'm doing it brilliantly.
Guest guest
Anyone got updates? Seems to be 2 days. Sharyn? Anyone? Thanks. I'm tempted to call hospital as there aren't many in the area. Was reading today about tangerine peel for cancer and wonder if that is option for her breast cancer? I also saw something about healing clays. Thanks all. Guest guest
I just this very second got off the phone with Gloria. She sounds wonderful! She's still in CCU and not allowed to receive phone calls. But I gave her my toll-free number so she can call out to me. We spoke for about a half hour. She's getting a back brace tomorrow and will probably be transferred downstairs to a regular room after that (and will be able to get phone calls then). She says she very much appreciates all the cards and gifts she's received. She cried when she told me about them all. So thank you very much to all who sent cards and gifts to her. Will get back to you later... Suzi, are you collecting items for essiac tea for her? Anything I can contribute? Gloria is facing possible chemo/radiation. Are there any supplements she can take while doing those that will keep her immune system working as well as possible without interfering with the cancer-fighting drugs? Guest guest
Sharyn, I am wondering if tangerine peel would help. Heard about that. A friend did the Hallelujah Diet, didn't have juicer and used their powders (but really was the ones by AIM at that time). Had surgery and recovered totally. It's now about 8 or so years and still free. I know www.drday.com advocates lots of fresh juices daily and we know Gloria won't be working soon so she can get rest which is an important 'ingredient.' She's not big on carrots, but more green, green, green. Patiently waiting for her move so we can talk. Thanks for update. I assume she will be home this week too? Will special dietary meals be allocated for being a vegetarian from Meals on Wheels? Maybe once her food stamps kicks in she can shop for more veggies too and have help prepare meals. hugs, carolg > > I just this very second got off the phone with Gloria. Guest guest
Thank you, Carol. I've written these down and will pass them along to her. Interestingly enough, our local computer repair store we go to here is owned by someone who is big into the Hallelujah Diet, and I can buy their powders from him. If Gloria wants them and needs them, I'll be happy to send them to her. We were talking tonight about how...arrogant (probably not the best word, but the one most apropos)...we can tend to be about diet and toxins, etc. But when you're in a trauma situation and have to make decisions, feeling good is probably going to be your first priority. And Gloria is one who has been eating well -- heck, even organic -- for years...and for this to happen to her...well, her response to the next person who says that to her just may be a punch in the nose.<G> I don't know -- nor does she -- whether she will be home this week or not. She was pretty much totally debilitated when she went in (as in, she was praying to god every night to just take her) and they are bringing her up to speed...she's gone from 115 to 98 pounds, and needs to recover her strength. Will keep everyone posted! And keep those cards coming! Sharyn Re: Gloria---any word on her/ Sharyn, I am wondering if tangerine peel would help. Heard about that. Guest guest
Sharyn, That person is probably a Health Minister like myself. I probably don't know him/her. I have seen many fabulous cancer testimonies come from this diet as well as other problems. Nightline recently interviewed Malkamus too. The transcript is online. Very nice offer to help Gloria in this way. Probably for the powders she will need very little of beet but still you would need to buy the whole container. I think Gloria has a juicer but for someone to make it for her it is a real bother needing this much. She has a local health food store near by and maybe they have juice bar where she can be brough in and have some fresh juice. It could very costly this way however. Gloria would surely need to be strict to the HD if that is the program as Dr. Day said you are in a fight for your life with cancer. I can't recall but there may be a product HD has for those taking radiation/chemo. May look at some of the testimonies at testimony link or at health tips. www.hacres.com. Shari and I are both health ministers for this organization. For those others who wish to order any materials/products online or calling them, please consider my pin #260, Carol Giambri. It's not MLM but small kick back. Shari Viger, what's yours? I think using either name will get us credit too. I also have some copies, new, of Recipes for Life and would be willing to discount a pinch, but has to be USA. Nothing wrong with them. I may have put a label in for my contact name, but not written up...basically new...the diet changed slightly and you could print off online. Hope this is okay to share. All supports Malamus but we are trained by him. You can also call them and order that way. Cancer doesn't come overnight. I heard it can take up to 10 years to happen. It's not just diet either, but stress, etc. We all have cancer cells, but having bad ones kick is is what we want to stay free of and prevent as we best can. Stay healthy, stay well. hugs, carolg > > Thank you, Carol. Guest guest
Good news Sharyn. I have a bag of total or super nutrition I'm going to send her, along with all the ingredients for essiac EXCEPT burdock.. I'm out of it.. so that will be the one thing she needs.. and only a cup full or so.. I increased the sheep sorrel as it is the more impt for cancer. The rhubarb, slippery elm and sheep sorrel are all in one bag ready to be mixed with some burdock into 2 gallons of distilled water per the directions in the files. Essiac can be taken along with chemo.. I had a neighbor who did this - while taking the chemo, did essiac 2-3 times a day... cancer went into remission. Suzi"Sharyn E. Guest guest
No cleanses that I am aware of did Gloria do. I'm sure she would have shared with me in our many conversations. For sure not last 3 months as she was in pain 24x7. Wonder if the MD is feeling any pain in not treating Gloria sooner and not putting her on hold like she. I remember once when Gloria had her first appointment with this MD, I believe the next one was scheduled 2 months later or some long amount of time per the doctor saying come back then. I couldn't believe it and talked with Gloria about it. == hugs, carolg > > > > Thank you, Carol. Guest guest
Yes, she has cancer. It started in her breast and spread to her spine, a tumor on her spine which either caused/exacerbated the break or the break exacerbated the tumor. She's no longer in the major pain she was in.
