Guest guest
The great thing about the Old Amish Dewormer, is that it is already prepared. No Mixing, griding, etc. Just take 1 tablespoon daily 1/2 hour before meals or any liquid..how easy is that? As far as Dr. Day goes, anyone with cancer or candida/ yeast problems would probably do well to avoid high glycemic below ground veggies, such as carrotts, beets, potatoes, etc. No point in feeding the parasites. Guest guest
Anne, I didn't see the root veggies as a culprit. We really are very low on these however. Not even daily, so now maybe not at all till the culprit is conquered. How about squash? Thinking butternut squash or a hard like one? I was thinking potatoes as a filler but maybe not so. I know Gloria loves squash too. I wish I was closer to cook for her. I know just how she loves to eat. I know the " ex husband's " wife does a great job of making her the macro foods. I know she will need lots of living foods too. Anne, know anything about NAET? Anne, thanks for sharing. hugs, carolg > > The great thing about the Old Amish Dewormer, is that it is already prepared. Guest guest
Squash is a good choice. Summer squash is suppose to be a better choice but can't remember why. I always have a leafy green veggies steamed, another veggies like brocholli or squash, or what ever and always a large fresh salad with everything in it. I eat my main meal between 1 and 2pm for digestive issues. Sometimes if hungry in the evening I'll snack on salad stuff but am rarely hungry then. I am not familiar with NAET.
