If it is the pau d'arco that is helping, you can make your own salve or

lotion with olive oil and beeswax. Warm the PDO in it for a few hours,

strain, add 1 part beeswax to 5 parts oil, if you want it thicker than just

oil.

One questionable tube of cream she sold him by Nature's Sunshine is

the Pau Arco Lotion, a cream, you spread on. It has sodium laurel

sulfate, aloe, stearyl alcohol, steatric acid, PROPLYLENE GLYCOL,

isopropyl myristate, LANOLIN, METHLPARABEN, PROPLYPARABEN, and

allantoin (which I need check out). I'm not impressed with the

ingredients list. To me this sounds like a compromise.

Any comments or suggestions?
