I have been cutting way back with my nuts to almost zero except at rawlucks, gotten back to the gym and seeing results never seen so quickly before. I'm also enjoying a " sliver " of avocado vs. a whole one daily. I'm bring homemade pickles/kraut, my heirloom tomatoes/peppers….as my dish to share. Well, that's it….just had to write.
