Remember reading something like that - was that you? Anyway, I've been thinking about that and was hoping you would be willing to expound on that idea. Are my green salads and green smoothies not giving me the super nutrition that I thought? Do you mostly eat fruit? I try to only eat fruit for breakfast and lunch, but then find myself so hungry in evening. I am not able to eat huge amounts of fruit like Dr. Graham recommends. I hit my limit and would rather not eat anything than one more piece of fruit! I also am really turned off by any of that complicated " raw cuisine " . Would much rather eat very simply.
