Welcome to Amnesty International USA's Second Annual Online Human Rights

Mela focusing on HIV/AIDS and human rights in India. For the next couple

of days, we encourage you to take advantage of the many opportunities you

will have to learn about this important issue and discuss with it fellow

participants. During this online discussion, topics will include:

-- AIDS as a human rights crisis

-- The right to be free from discrimination

-- The right to freely receive and impart information

-- The right to prevention and treatment
