lyme disease and black walnuts

Anyone heard of ingesting black walnuts for lyme disease?? I have a friend whose buddy at work got bit and they can''t seem to cure it and someone or somehow it has been suggested that he ingest black walnuts. I have heard that black walnut, taken internally, can help

you be more resistant to parasites. But

I have not heard about it being a treatment once you already have lyme disease.

Actually, black walnut hull tincure alone would not do but as one of the ingredients in a total parasite cleansing program will....red Hulda and there is a cure for lyme disease including black walnut hull tincture.
