Hot Jicama Chips 1 Jicama5 Tablespoons fresh lime juice1/2 teaspoon dried red chili pepper1/2 teaspoon cayennePeel, quarter, and thinly slice jicama. Place in a large bowl. Pourlime juice over the jicama and let it marinate for one hour. Justbefore serving, arrange slices on a platter, sprinkle with thechili pepper and cayenne.
