Dear Forum Members,

We take this opportunity to thank all of you for the tremendous support that we

have received from all over the years, we will always be grateful for this.

Of late our mailboxes have been flooded with request for information, funding,

and other forms of support and associations, as a result of postings from other

members of the forum. (with the best of intentions, I am sure) Many of these

members have no official connection with the Freedom Foundation, and are not

known to us. This has resulted in a lot of unnecessary misunderstanding and

embarrassment for the Foundation and me.

I believe is an excellent forums where issues related to HIV/AIDS

need to be discussed and not about specific individuals and organisations. There

are very many individuals and organisations in the region that are doing

excellent work.

May I request all to understand this rather sensitive issue, and refrain from

posting any document pertaining to the Freedom Foundation and the various

activities it is involved in without prior permission.
