Hi Steve,

I have not tried capisette yet and they are on back order, but I think I am

going to give them a try. I will let oyu know my results.

http://www.capisette.com/

A gallon sure is enough, half gallon usually gets the job done. I try to limit

my self to reverse osmosis, preferably 6 stage, with ultra violet to zap the

nasties, out of 1 litter hing bottles bought at Ikea.

I am getting so sensitive to water I can taste the plastics.

I am not sure if the RO is taking care of the drugs that are leeching into our

water supply and I dont want to go to straight up distilled because it depletes

minerals. I actually will use distilled as a periodic light chelator, but then

mineral up.

Also, adrenal fatigue as I have posted, your adrenals sit on your kidneys and

are responsible for major minerals. I was told, in addition to HRT influence,

that fatigued adrenals result in the body holding water in a desperate attempt

to hold onto sodium.

I am getting good results from just drinking more water and adding pure

lemon..........which is great for PH balancing anyway.

I think I am getting some good results from an adrenal replenished I have

recently started, but too early to tell. Also started a series of colonics and

found a pro biotic that actually survives deification.

110 degrees today with the heat index.....

while I know it is ridiculous sweating all over our clothes etc, as a benefit we

may be purging toxins better.........
