Guest guest Posted October 12, 2007 Report Share Posted October 12, 2007 Hi all My 3 years old little son, has been diagnosed with giardias and amoebas. He is getting weaker every hour due to vomiting and diarrhea. Prescriptions (metronidazole) are not helping. What could be done at least to avoid dehydration.
