Vegan Lasagna Bestider's vegan lasagna will make your meat eater friends askfor more. 1 box of whole wheat lasagna1 24 oz can of tomato sauce1 15 oz. can of crushed tomatoes1 15 oz. can of diced tomatoes1 package of vegan mozzarella shredded cheese10 slices vegan cheese1 package of MorningStar Crumbles1 onion1 garlic clove Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and setaside. In a large skillet, fry MorningStar Crumbles, onion, andgarlic clove; drain well. Before layering noodles, apply tomatosauce to the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking. Layer thenoodles and apply sauce, plus crushed and diced tomatoes. Sprinklevegan mozzarella and cut vegan slices into small strips about oneinch wide--use these to layer. Sprinkle onion and garlic on top ofcheese, add crumbles, then place another layer of noodles on top ofthe sauce and cheese, and then
